This is a hands-on role where you'll gain experience across all areas of marketing - from creating content and managing social media, to supporting campaigns and events. Whether you're just starting your career or looking for your next challenge, this role offers the chance to learn, contribute and grow. You'll report directly to the Social Media Manager and collaborate closely with the design, operations, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy for digital and printed media to support marketing campaigns.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web, and social media.
Brand Promotion: Assist with trade shows, events, and in-store activities to promote our brands.
Market Research: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work with influencers to increase reach and engagement.

The candidate:
You are a proactive, creative thinker with a passion for all things social media. Ideally, you will have:
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing.
Previous marketing or social media experience - preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector
A genuine interest in social media
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
A creative flair with knowledge of digital content trends and tools
A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work in a team
Must have the right to work in the UK and are currently living in the UK
Must have a driver's license as some travelling maybe required to client & event sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
