Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with 1 hour lunch break. Some weekend or out-of-hours cover may be required to cover client events or out-of-hours monitoring.

Well, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our ever-growing team as a Content Creator & Social Media Executive.
The successful applicant will work as part of our content team, responsible for running the social media accounts of our many and varied clients. Experience using social media is essential, and the ideal candidate must be able to communicate politely and effectively at all levels. Excellent spelling and grammar are also a must, as is the ability to multitask effectively.
You'll also capture and create engaging, trend-led content on-site for clients that showcases retailers, restaurants, and events - bringing them to life across social channels.
The Social Media Executive will report back to the Digital Director and liaise with both clients and the internal team on a regular basis to ensure delivery is of a high standard and meets expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
o Create original, engaging and on-brand content across all digital channels, including social media, websites, email, blogs, press releases and multimedia.
o Plan, adapt and repurpose content to support wider marketing campaigns and channel-specific objectives.
o Work with Account Managers to deliver client campaigns and projects in line with briefs, budgets and agreed outcomes.
o Manage and grow social and website communities by engaging with audiences, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging interaction.
o Liaise with retailers, leisure operators and other stakeholders to source content, promote news and offers, and share community activity.
o Update and maintain content on client websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency and performance.
o Monitor content performance and digital trends, using insight to improve reach, engagement and effectiveness.
o Attend client and internal meetings as required.
o Identify and pursue learning and development opportunities that support personal growth and the wider business.
Person Specification
Essential:
o Social media experience
o Excellent photography and video capture skills for content creation
o Confident using photo and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express).
o Excellent general writing skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Attention to detail
o Knowledge of all social media platforms
Desirable:
o Experience in the retail or leisure industries
o Willingness to travel within the UK on occasion
