Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and innovative Social Media, PR and Influencer Executive to join the newly-formed First Choice team to support across social media, influencer and PR activity.

This role will supports the growth of First Choice\xe2\x80\x99s social media channels and influencer strategy, orienting new and existing channels around the needs of the business in 2023 and beyond. The role will also support the PR manager with creative campaigns, comms and press office.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Support on the general running of our social media channels including planning, creating, scheduling and publishing content. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help manage the content calendar and support the Social Media Manager in aligning our activity with the overall marketing strategy.
• Work closely with our customer service teams on community management and monitoring customer sentiment.
• Create creative and media briefs for the internal content team or external partners.
• Accumulate UGC and use to create posts.
• Keep up to date with current social trends and competitor activity.
• Work with the brand marketing team to develop and deliver the influencer strategy.
• Work directly with our agency partners to launch successful influencer campaigns.
• Support the PR & Comms manager in the management of the earned media agency to deliver on PR campaigns and press office to generate a drumbeat of coverage across the year.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum one year experience working in social, influencer and/or PR, either in-house or agency
• A passion for travel and an outward-looking, positive, curious, can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate well, with a flair for writing and attention to detail
• Familiar with of social media systems and tools. Knowledge of Adobe, Google, Smartly and Sprout Social beneficial but not essential.
• Understanding of social media metrics, can spot trends and gain insights from data
• Able to work on own initiative and to multitask in fast-paced commercial environment with flexibility to respond to changing needs/ priorities
• Ability to identify suitable influencers that align with brand/project requirements
• Great time management
• Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
