Summary

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team at Learning Pro in the UK. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience through effective social media strategies. You will play a crucial role in promoting our educational offerings, driving brand awareness and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and presence. Create engaging content, particularly videos, posts, and SEO blog posts, tailored for various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement to stay informed about the latest developments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals. Aware of the latest trends in social media and SEO - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, GMB, X and WordPress. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in social media management. Keep the social media platforms and website up-to-date with relevant content. Perform regular admin work, customer service and exam delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management - video production, social media posts. SEO blog posts and local SEO (GMB). Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their analytics tools. Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with public relations strategies and customer support is a plus.
