Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries, responding promptly to foster community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations. Assist in the development of public relations initiatives that enhance the company's reputation.

Skills



Proven experience in social media management across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools or software. Proficient in analysing data and metrics to drive decision-making. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
