Job Overview



We are looking for a

creative, organised, and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive

to join our growing team at Leeds Private Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and supporting our brand's online presence.

You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing content that reflects the hospital's reputation for excellence, professionalism, and patient care. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working with creative tools and social media scheduling platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Create and manage engaging daily social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Capture high-quality photos and short videos in clinical, office, and event settings. Edit videos and images for social media stories, reels, and posts using tools such as

Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Photoshop

. Develop creative, on-brand captions and post copy aligned with the company's tone and values. Plan and schedule content using Meta Business Suite or other social scheduling tools. Collaborate closely with the marketing team, hospital staff, and clinical teams to coordinate content opportunities. Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging. Track engagement metrics such as reach, likes, and shares to help evaluate performance. Assist in planning and capturing behind-the-scenes content for events, launches, and team features. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling patient-related media and marketing materials.

Requirements



Minimum

1-2 years' experience

in social media marketing, content creation, or a related creative role. Strong photography and video capture skills -- confident using a smartphone or camera for short-form content. Proficiency with

Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar editing tools.

Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills. Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Confident working in a clinical or professional setting with discretion and sensitivity. Flexible availability, including occasional weekend or evening work for events or campaigns. Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and healthcare branding (preferred but not essential).

Desirable Attributes



Experience working in the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industries. Understanding of social media trends and influencer-style content. Confident personality with creative initiative for content ideas. Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency.

Compensation & Terms



Competitive salary (dependent on experience). Full-time position, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for events or filming days). 28 days annual leave including bank holidays. Supportive, collaborative team environment. Opportunities for career development and training.
