Your Role
Content Creation & Community Management
Create, plan, and publish engaging content across all platforms
Produce reels, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and creative campaigns
Interact with followers: reply to comments, respond to messages, and manage online conversations
Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content is on-trend and relevant
Monitor market trends, popular formats, and what customers are talking about
Influencer Management
Source, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers across various countries
Develop and maintain a structured plan for influencer outreach

Regional focus
Manage influencer contracts and ensure smooth collaboration
Track, measure, and report on influencer performance for each campaign
Growth & Performance
Increase engagement rates and grow follower count across all platforms (Instagram currently avg 4.9m interactions a month)
Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, and others
Track KPIs and provide structured reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve visibility and brand presence
Working within the marketing team
About You
Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Confident with video editing tools, reels, and creative formats
Strong communication skills and a natural community builder
Driven to grow accounts, improve engagement, and make an impact
Able to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
What We Offer
Competitive salary (30k - 40k depending on experience).
25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
Flexible working hours (ideally 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
