We combine clinical excellence with digital innovation--and we're looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Executive to help us grow our brands and connect with our audience.

The Role

As our Social Media Executive, you'll be the voice of DHG brands across platforms. You'll create engaging content, manage campaigns, and build meaningful connections with our community. You'll work closely with our marketing and clinical teams to ensure our messaging is accurate, empathetic, and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, edit and schedule on brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Create content calendars for each brand to ensure deadlines are met Develop campaigns that educate, inspire, and build trust in our services Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions Collaborate with designers and clinicians to ensure content is visually appealing, engaging and medically accurate Track performance metrics and create reports for plans to optimise content based on insights Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and healthcare and advertising regulations

About You

2+ years' experience in social media, ideally in health, wellness, or e-commerce Strong writing skills with the ability to turn complex topics into accessible, engaging posts Confident using scheduling tools and analytics platforms Comfortable working in a regulated environment with sensitivity to tone and compliance Creative, proactive, and audience-focused--you know how to spark conversation and build trust Experience with video editing to ensure our posts are both professional and attention-grabbing
