Overview of the role
We're looking for a talented and self-motivated Social Media Executive to lead the organic content strategy across both our dental and skin platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You'll be hands-on with content creation and community engagement, planning, producing, and publishing high-quality, brand-aligned content that speaks to two audiences: dental patients and aesthetic skin clients across their respective platforms.
This isn't just a behind-the-scenes role. You'll frequently feature on camera as part of our content, representing the brand with clarity, confidence, and warmth. Whether that's introducing treatments, explaining patient journeys, or engaging with clinicians in clinic.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this is a remote-first role with regular travel to clinics required for filming content with clinicians, patients, and ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scheduling
Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form and visual content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, tailored for both dental and skin audiences
Produce on-brand visuals (reels, carousels, stories, etc.) for each vertical using tools like Canva.
Own the monthly content calendar for both brands, presenting schedules in advance for approval
React to platform trends and produce timely, strategic content across both verticals
Community Engagement & Channel Management
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all platforms, following our brand guidelines, including the SPARK response framework. This applies to both paid and organic posts.
Ensure both dental and skin accounts are active, responsive, and reflect our tone: warm, expert, inclusive, and helpful
Use conversation as a tool to generate leads, build trust, and elevate the experience
Campaign & Clinic Support
Attend clinics to shoot content with clinicians and patients (dental and skin), including testimonials, treatment explainers, and behind-the-scenes footage
Support local social outreach during new clinic launches, aesthetic events, and influencer collaborations
Manage and nurture collaborations to increase user-generated content across both brands
Strategy, Reporting & Growth
Track and analyse performance using social insights to evaluate what's working for both verticals
Create monthly reports and suggest optimisations based on data (engagement, reach, saves, shares, conversions, etc.)
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with campaign priorities and seasonal pushes.
Use social media to support lead generation, clinic bookings, and patient engagement, helping demonstrate clear ROI from organic content efforts.
What You'll Need
Experience managing multi-platform social media for multiple verticals or brand segments (preferably including healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness)
A strong visual eye and confidence creating content in clinic environments, including filming and editing videos
Graphic design ability for static and motion content
Understanding of marketing funnels and how content supports conversion
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills tailored for both clinical and lifestyle audiences
Self-motivation and time management, you'll be structuring your own week and planning ahead
An understanding of both aesthetic and dental patient psychology and how to connect with each audience authentically
Willingness to travel regularly to clinics and work occasional weekends when filming with clinicians, practice launches or patients is required
Confidence and charisma on camera. You'll regularly feature in content yourself, so being articulate, engaging, and comfortable in front of the lens is essential.
