Who are we looking for?

We're on the hunt for a

creative, switched-on, and social-obsessed Social Media Executive

to join our growing marketing team at Wingstop UK.


You'll work directly with our team to support the day-to-day running of our platforms and help bring

Wingstop's tone, content, and culture to life

. From content planning and creation to trend-spotting, event coverage, and creator outreach. You'll be hands-on and ready to support and execute across it all.


This role is perfect for someone who's

keen to learn but confident enough to think on their feet, adapt quickly, and execute at the speed of social

.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution
Help plan, shoot, edit and publish platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts etc.)

Write captions and copy that are on-brand, timely and relevant

Support briefing designers and creators for bigger campaign content

Help maintain our social asset library and manage approvals process


Scheduling & Organisation


Upload and schedule all content using tools like Sprout Social or natively

Support calendar planning using our project management software to ensure we stay ahead

Maintain structure and consistency in content rollouts across all platforms


Community & Culture
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and tags across all platforms

Reply in a way that is human, quick and on-brand

Stay on top of trending sounds, formats and moments -- and suggest ideas fast


Creator & Event Support
Help identify and reach out to creators, artists or guests for activations

Assist with guest list management and on-site support at key events

Capture and post real-time content at store takeovers, truck events, or collaborations

What We're Looking For

1-3 years in a similar social role, ideally in food, lifestyle or culture-led brands

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Experience using Sprout Social or other social media management software, CapCut, Canva, TikTok Business Centre, ClickUp or similar project management tools

Confident in shooting basic content on iPhone and editing for each platform

Knows how to write captions that land tone, punchlines and energy with a great eye for detail!

Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Natural team player - open, proactive, positive, and collaborative


Bonus Points If You...
Have worked with creators or influencers directly

Have event or IRL brand experience

Understand analytics or reporting on social platforms
