Job Description

Description

At Stint, we're

building AI tools

that are transforming how hospitality businesses operate. We've built the UK's largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2-3 hour shifts, working with brands like

PizzaExpress, Honest Burgers, Pret a Manger,

and many more. Now, we're combining that workforce with AI - creating a platform that no competitor can replicate.

In just 10 months, our new AI tool has surpassed

1m in ARR

and we are on track to 10x that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and

international expansion

is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.

We're looking for an ambitious and creative

Social Media Executive

to take Stint's brand presence to the next level. Reporting to the Brand Lead and working closely with the founder,

you'll own our social channels

end-to-end; from content ideas and creation, to campaigns that make people stop scrolling. You'll be the

voice and face of Stint

online, creating moments that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

This is a high-visibility role in a

fast-paced startup

where creativity meets impact - and where you'll see

your ideas come to life

daily.

We are an

office-first

, collaborative team and this role is based in

Camden ~4 days a week.

What you will be doing:

Be the star of the show! Lead Stint's social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn). Create and manage a standout content calendar, adapting it accordingly to speak to both our university students and business partners. Bring fresh, bold ideas to grow our audience, boost engagement, and make Stint a brand people want to follow. Analyse performance data, turning insights into action to refine our approach. Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, memes, and moments, and use them to make our brand part of the conversation. Build and nurture our online community through smart, authentic interactions. Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive results. Collaborate with the operations and commercial teams to align our communications to support their targets and the wider company initiatives. Write and edit compelling copy for social, email, blogs, and in-app comms - always staying true to our brand voice. Be a guardian of the Stint brand, ensuring every post reflects our energy, values, and vision.

About Stint

Stint solves one of hospitality's hardest problems, staying perfectly staffed when demand changes by the hour. We do this by pairing smart AI driven software with our flexible, on-demand workforce that's ready to step in exactly when needed.

Over the last six years, we've focused on building our workforce of hyper-local students and other flexible workers, who are available for 2-3hr shifts exactly when our partners need them most. We have built trust within the hospitality industry, earning the confidence of major brands by proving the value of our workforce model. Now we work with some of the UK's best-known hospitality names - including PizzaExpress, Gail's and Pret across 4,000+ sites across 28 cities in the UK - and they all love our product.

Over the last 12 months, we've used this foundation to build something even more powerful: the brain behind a business's rota planning process.

By applying AI to multi-year, proprietary and public data sources, we help businesses forecast demand, generate headcount suggestions, and build the optimal rotas automatically. When combined with our flexible workforce, our intelligent platform lets hospitality businesses run lean core teams and scale up during peak hours without overstaffing or compromising on service. What started as a smart way to fill shifts, has now become an end-to-end staffing engine that's incredibly hard to replicate and uniquely built for the hospitality industry.

We're looking for people to join our 50 person team who care about solving real problems with tech, are excited to grow with us, and want to build something pretty cool, very quickly. We work hard, have fun doing it, and don't take ourselves too seriously.

We look forward to working with you!
