As the Social Media Executive, you'll play a key role in growing KERB's digital presence across multiple brands and platforms. This is a brand-new growth role at KERB and as such, you'll have lots of opportunities to create impact! Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will support day?to?day content creation, scheduling, community management and on?the?ground capture across our venues. This is a hands?on role for someone who lives and breathes content, knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll?stopping posts, and thrives in lively, multi-site environments.
What you'll be doing
Create compelling, platform?appropriate content (Reels/TikTok, photography, short?form video, behind?the?scenes, trader stories, UGC).
Be on site across KERB venues to capture content at lunch markets, evening events, launches and seasonal activations.
Assist with photoshoots, filming days and content production with internal and external teams.
Edit videos and imagery using mobile and desktop tools.
Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and tags, keeping KERB's warm, energetic tone of voice.
Identify trends, cultural moments and collaboration opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns, events and new openings with creative content ideas.
Coordinate influencer visits, content capture sessions and briefing documents.
Track performance, engagement and growth metrics, contributing insights to monthly reports.
What you'll bring to KERB
Essential:
1-2 years experience in social media or content creation (in?house or agency).
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social trends.
Confident filming and editing video using tools like CapCut or Adobe Express.
A natural storyteller able to bring food, people and places to life online.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events when required.
Passionate about food, hospitality, culture and London's independent scene.
Desired but not essential:
Experience working in hospitality or with multi?site brands.
An understanding of influencer marketing.
Basic design skills using Adobe or Canva.
