The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analysing performance metrics to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics to optimise content strategy. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and public relations to ensure the brand remains relevant.

Experience

Proven experience in public relations or social media management is highly desirable. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,487.00-30,050.00 per year
