Responsibilities

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive online community. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to plan campaigns that align with organisational objectives. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting strategies where applicable. Maintain a cohesive online presence that reflects organisational values and enhances public relations efforts.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English. Ability to create compelling visual and written content tailored for diverse audiences. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in social media strategy within a supportive environment that values innovation and professionalism.

Pay: 31,000.00-36,000.00 per year
