You'll be joining our social media team, with a primary focus on paid social strategy and hands-on execution across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. While your main objective will be driving results through paid campaigns, you will also support the team by working on organic social media content and strategy. Your efforts, driven by a focus on ROI, creativity, and continuous improvement, will be crucial in helping our clients effectively reach, engage, and convert with their target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution (Paid & Organic)
Strategically plan, launch, manage, and scale high-performance paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms, serving both B2B and B2C sectors.
Schedule and publish engaging organic content across a range of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
Write and A/B test high-performing ad copy, creative hooks, and craft compelling visual messaging (working with our design team) that resonates effectively with specific target audiences.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
Optimise paid campaigns using A/B testing, precise audience segmentation, and conversion data analysis to maximise efficiency and ROI.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage paid budgets, and continuously refine campaigns to consistently achieve defined performance goals.
Produce clear, insightful performance reports, translating complex campaign data into actionable strategic recommendations for both internal teams and clients.
Proactively stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, industry trends, and new opportunities within the paid and organic social media landscape.
Collaboration & Client Focus
Collaborate closely with the digital, design, and technical teams to ensure all social media activity is fully integrated and aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, including professionally presenting campaign results, strategic plans, and future opportunities during meetings or video calls.
About You:
Ideally, you'll possess 2+ years of hands-on experience executing high-performance paid social campaigns, with prior experience in an agency environment being a significant advantage.
You have experience in planning, creating and executing organic social media campaigns across a wide range og social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok & others.
You're confident and proficient in managing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads, with exposure to Google Ads being a bonus!
You're Comfortable utilising GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and the Meta Pixel for accurate campaign tracking, measurement, and conversion attribution.
You have a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel - how paid social efforts drive results from awareness through to conversion.
You have demonstrated creativity and enjoyment in writing compelling ad copy, working with our design team to craft creatives that deliver measurable results.
