Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels. Stay informed about emerging social media trends and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Support public relations initiatives by managing online reputation and fostering positive community interactions.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and effective communication strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Organisation skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights to evaluate campaign performance. A proactive approach with the ability to adapt quickly to changing digital landscapes. Previous experience in managing social media accounts for organisations or brands is desirable.
