dental practice group with 6 sites across Surrey
is looking for aSocial Media Executive
to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple
Instagram accounts
,TikTok
,website content updates
, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and locations.Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content for multiple
Instagram profiles
Create, post, and manage content forTikTok
and6 practice sites in Surrey
Ensure consistency of messaging across social media and website Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages Monitor analytics and optimise performance across platforms Work closely with dental teams to showcase treatments, offers, and patient journeysRequirements
Proven experience managing
Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
Strong understanding of short-form video and digital marketing trends Confident filming and editing content Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Car driver/owner - Willingness to travel across Surrey practices Experience in healthcare or dental marketing is a plus (but not essential)What We Offer
