Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and public relations, with a passion for storytelling and digital communication.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive relationships with followers. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or related field. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Familiarity with graphic design software is an advantage but not essential. Driving License is Required for Commuting to Clients
