We are a family company based near New Street Station. Due to a high demand in our products, we are looking for a new Metal Caster to join our team. This is a skilled role, but we are more than happy to provide training and support for someone who is new to this field. We cannot promise that it will be an easy job, but it is definitely a unique one! We work with an impressive portfolio of clients from luxury goods and global retailers, national charities and sporting teams to prop companies that feature our work in Hollywood films. No day will be the same!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Volunteer Social Media Executive to join our team for a 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or anyone looking to build their portfolio and gain hands-on experience in social media marketing within a unique and dynamic industry. You will work closely with our team to create and manage an organic social media strategy, grow our online presence, and engage with our followers on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement an organic social media strategy for AE Williams across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to build brand awareness, engagement, and community.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and creative content for our social media channels, including photos, videos, and graphics. You will need to come into the office occasionally for content creation (photo/video shoots).

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our social media followers to foster a sense of community around our brand.

Content Planning:

Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely presence on all social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track social media performance and provide insights into what's working and areas for improvement.

Etsy Content:

Assist in creating content and promotional materials for AE Williams' Etsy store to enhance our product listings and drive sales.

Brand Voice & Identity:

Ensure all content aligns with AE Williams' brand identity and values.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in social media marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content, both written and visual. Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to adapt strategies based on data. Basic photography and videography skills (or a willingness to learn). Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
