We're seeking a highly ambitious, Senior Social Media Executive to spearhead end-to-end delivery - crafting content, running ads, and optimising performance - to drive real engagement and growth across our global portfolio of brands.

What You'll Do

Own the full lifecycle of social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, from ideation and scripting to scheduling and analysis. Create scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), design assets in Canva/Adobe Express, and edit clips in CapCut or Premiere Rush. Write punchy captions, craft community posts, and respond to comments and messages in the brand's tone of voice. Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social ads in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to deliver measurable ROI. Track performance metrics, generate reports, and implement A/B tests to continually sharpen campaign results. Spot emerging trends and platform updates, then prototype fresh content formats and tactics. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life, taking full responsibility for timelines and deliverables.

Who You Are

5+ years' hands-on social media experience in an agency or in-house team, executing campaigns end-to-end. Expert user of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X -comfortable navigating new features on day one. Proven track record producing high-impact short-form video content that drives engagement. Skilled in Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial, Later, Hootsuite, or similar tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting. Exceptional copywriting chops with a knack for storytelling in 280 characters or less. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adept at juggling multiple projects without sacrificing quality. Bonus: experience setting up influencer collaborations and advanced paid-social certifications.
