Reports to:

Chief Operating Officer

Directly responsible for the line management of:

Participating in TikTok lives. Posting and monitoring engagement on the Social Media accounts to grow the pages.

Job Purpose:

This role will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the Social Media platforms for accounts management and hosting on TikTok.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Initiate TikTok lives and manage the pace and ensure a smooth flow Moderate TikTok the lives; set-up flash sales and giveaways Contribute to creating engaging and interactive LIVE experiences on TikTok. Work alongside the Social Media team to find, engage and recruit new affiliates and ambassadors Manage a proportionate amount of affiliates and ambassadors to ensure they are posting on a regular basis

Working Pattern

On-site and work from home which will include evening and weekends to support the TikTok live sessions

Experience

At least 1-2 years experience in social media, particularly TikTok

Ability to multitask when hosting the TikTok lives

Desirable

Experience working in front of the camera

Practical knowledge of IT packages e.g. office 365, Microsoft teams, excel, we transfer, Hootsuite is desirable

Knowledge of CBD products

Knowledge of TickTok features e.g. live and shop

General knowledge of Meta Business Suite

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
