Job description


This position will help deliver the communications strategy of the business, working closely with the Communications Manager you will assist in delivering our influencer campaigns, organic social plans and managing wider community relations. Bringing a high energy, progressive attitude to driving the profile of the Cotswold Company, you will be an ideas person who is a confident content creator.

Key Duties and responsibilities will include:




Execute dynamic social media plans across platforms, managing the social calendar to deliver timely engaging content. With the help of a wider in-house creative team, curate and create on-brand socially relevant content to build brand equity and drive engagement Work closely with the campaign management team to ensure your plans are aligned with wider business campaigns and initiatives. Actively engage with our online social community, ensuring responses are customer focus and on-brand Manage influencer plans, develop influencer briefs and manage all product gifting programmes. Help organise and support delivery of our influencer and press events and activities

Qualifications, skills, and experience



Essential






1-2 years of experience of working in organic social media or influencer programmes with responsibility for all day-to-day management. Involvement in influencer campaign management





Good eye for design and skilled at taking pictures, creating reels and videos. Some experience with photo and video editing software.





Good written communication skills and knowledgeable about the influencer and talent landscape




Desirable






Experience in lifestyle brand Copywriting for social posts

This is a hybrid-working role and a minimum of 2 days per week will be spent in our London office.
