About the Opportunity
Do you love creating content, spotting trends, and connecting with audiences online?
We're looking for a Social Media Management Apprentice to join our digital team and help plan, produce, and share engaging content across multiple platforms.
You'll gain hands-on experience producing social media content, short-form videos, and creative campaigns -- while working towards your
Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship qualification
.What You'll Learn and Do
As part of your day-to-day role, you'll:
Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels Capture and edit photos and videos that tell authentic brand stories Write captions and copy that connect with different audiences Research trends and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns Track engagement data and use insights to shape future content
Training and Support
You'll be enrolled on the
Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship
, delivered byThe Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN)
-- combining real workplace experience with structured professional training.You'll benefit from:
12-18 months of guided learning led by creative industry experts Mentorship and feedback on live content projects Ongoing portfolio development and employability support
Who We're Looking For
No prior marketing experience is required -- just creativity, curiosity, and the drive to learn.
Ideal candidates will:
Be confident using digital and social platforms Have a good eye for visual storytelling and design Enjoy writing, editing, and experimenting with creative ideas Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
