Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across key platforms.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and public relations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance for management review.
Additional administration tasks to assist the team
Skills
Proven experience in public relations and social media management is preferred.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

35 hours per week, flexible working days and hours.
Hybrid working, must live within Northumberland.
