The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our wesbite and social platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management to effectively communicate our brand message and grow our community of followers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage existing and develop new influencer partnerships.
Create, curate, schedule and manage published content (written copy, imagery and video) across various social media platforms, ensuring it is engaging and on-brand.
Focus on the development of Instagram & Pinterest platforms.
Manage our asset library and ensure all assets are well organised and shared with relevant parties.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions in a timely manner and in the brand's style
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, public relations, and digital marketing to keep our strategies relevant.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our social media presence.
Experience
At least 2 years social media experience (with a strong knowledge of Instagram & Pinterest).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent video editing and photography skills.
Experience in fashion or interiors sectors an advantage, possessing a strong passion and flair for luxury home decor and premium lifestyle brands.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
Experience of reaching and managing suitable influencer partners.
