Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations and social media management, with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with organisational goals, leverage emerging trends, and set measurable KPIs for growth and engagement. Create and manage engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms in collaboration with teams, ensuring consistency through a strategic content calendar. Analyse social media performance and competitor trends to deliver insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Engage and support online communities by managing customer interactions, building relationships, and acting as a bridge between audiences and the organisation Lead end-to-end social media campaigns--from planning and execution to performance evaluation--ensuring impact, efficiency, and brand growth. Safeguard brand reputation by monitoring online presence, managing risks, and positioning the organisation as a trusted industry leader.
Relevant work experience: 1 year

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-42,000.00 per year
