About the Role
We're a fast-growing automotive group with six BMW/MINI retailers with Hyundai and BYD dealerships recently added to our portfolio.
Our sites are located in Heathrow, Chiswick, Thames Ditton, Croydon, Cobham and Banstead.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to take the lead across our social channels and bring our brands to life online. You'll manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube working closely with teams across all locations.
This isn't just a behind-the-scenes role, we're looking for someone confident on camera, who can speak passionately about our vehicles and the technology behind them, our and services we offer while also creating authentic content with our teams on site.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts across all franchises and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Plan and create engaging, on-brand content - from vehicle walkarounds and tech features, quick 15 second vehicle highlight videos to behind-the-scenes footage and team spotlights
Work closely with the wider team to source content ideas and deliver consistent, high-quality output
Collaborate with manufacturer partners (BMW, MINI, Hyundai, BYD) to ensure brand guidelines are followed and required posts are used
Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep content fresh, relevant, and high-performing
Present confidently on camera and help other team members feel comfortable being filmed
Monitor content performance and engagement, offering insights and ideas to improve results
Support with replies, DMs, comments and basic community management
Travel to all site locations on a regular basis to film, meet with teams and gather content
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have held a formal social media role, but you must be able to demonstrate that you use social media in a professional, engaging, and brand-appropriate way - whether through personal projects, freelance work, or managing accounts for others
A genuine interest in cars and the technology behind them
Confident and natural on camera, with strong communication and storytelling skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams across brands and platforms
