Ready to run social like a mini creative studio - ideas, filming, copy, ads, the lot?
We're working exclusively with a fab B2B and B2C PR Agency that is now looking for a Social Media Manager to take the reins on day-to-day social across key accounts.
You'll be the go-to social specialist: planning, shooting, writing, scheduling, running paid and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
? Leading organic and paid social across LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok
? Owning content creation from capture to edit (reels, video, short-form, stills)
? Managing, measuring and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
? Planning and delivering cross-channel strategies that deliver results
? Bringing ideas to life across B2B and B2C
? Providing training and guidance to clients and colleagues
? Working with the senior team to help shape and grow the social offering
? Being the safe pair of hands clients trust
What You'll Bring
? 3+ years' social media experience, agency or in-house
? Confident creating content in the wild - phone in hand, directing shoots, capturing what matters
? Strong copywriting and editing skills
? Proven paid social experience (LinkedIn and Meta essential)
? Ability to switch comfortably between B2B nuance and B2C creativity
? Commercial awareness and a knack for spotting opportunities
? Calm, credible communicator able to speak confidently with senior stakeholders
? Familiar with Canva or similar tools
? Natural organiser who delivers on time (and then some)
? A mindset that lifts others rather than looking after number one
