Overview


We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, demonstrating the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target demographic.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community. Analyse social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Manage public relations efforts related to social media initiatives, ensuring positive representation of the brand.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management or a similar role. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. An eye for aesthetics Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Ability to analyse data and generate reports on social media performance metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing content ideas. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.44-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
