Job Summary
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and vision of a leading healthcare brand, engaging with our community and driving growth across all digital platforms.
Based at our Crays Hill site in Essex, you'll work closely with senior management and clinicians, to ensure our content is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports sales.
Create and manage daily content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.), ensuring all visuals and messaging reflect our premium brand.
Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos in collaboration with clinical staff and management.
Analyse performance metrics, monitor trends, and continuously optimise content for reach and engagement.
Stay ahead of social media trends, healthcare industry updates, and digital innovations to keep our content relevant and fresh.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinicians, business development, and leadership) to align social media campaigns with business goals.
Monitor SEO and engagement metrics to inform content strategies and improve visibility.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners, influencers, and the wider FACEmed community.
Skills
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.
Strong expertise in managing content across
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
.
A solid grasp of
SEO, content analytics
, and
social media metrics
.
Experience in developing content strategies tailored to diverse audiences and buyer personas.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
A proactive, organised team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
