We're now looking for a

creative-led Social Media Manager & Content Creator

to help us

tell our story, grow our audience, and create scroll-stopping content

across TikTok, Instagram and beyond.

What You'll Do



Create

short-form video content

(TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts) Film, edit & produce content in-house (phone + CapCut is absolutely fine) Capture content in our kitchen, gyms, events and workplace fridge sites Manage and grow

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok

channels Write engaging captions, ideas and story-led content posts Schedule weekly content calendars with the team Assist with influencer outreach & partnerships Support email and campaign execution where needed

Experience in fitness, food, gym culture, or lifestyle content Comfortable speaking on camera or directing others Experience using CapCut / Premiere / Canva / Lightroom

Experience



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices. Demonstrable ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms. Experience analysing social media analytics tools to inform strategy development. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Previous experience working within a team environment is preferred but not essential. This role offers an excellent platform for a motivated individual eager to make a significant impact on our organisation's digital footprint while developing their professional expertise in a supportive environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
