Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team.

To take professional photographs & videos of our car stock across our three dealerships in Tamworth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and public relations initiatives.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Create engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with target audiences. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive engagement and growth. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community interaction. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals for posts.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices is highly desirable. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
