Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities




Own and deliver the end-to-end social media strategy for both Chestertons and Chase Buchanan across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Threads, Pinterest, etc.) Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with brand, marketing and business goals Create, curate and manage high-performing content (video, visual, copy) tailored to each platform and audience Lead and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publishing aligned with wider marketing plans Work with internal teams and external partners to develop creative, insight-led campaigns that deliver tangible brand and business value Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to keep both brands at the forefront of innovation Set, monitor and report on performance KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement Educate and influence stakeholders across the business on the power and value of social media - both strategically and tactically Work closely with PR, brand, lettings, sales and other business units to amplify initiatives across channels Support employer brand, recruitment and internal communications through social Manage social media budgets effectively, particularly for paid campaign delivery

About You




Proven experience in a senior social media role, ideally in a fast-paced commercial environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, e-commerce or high-growth sectors) Deep cross-platform expertise and an understanding of the nuances of each social platform Demonstrable track record of leading successful integrated organic and paid campaigns that drive measurable ROI Highly creative, with the ability to generate ideas and content that cut through and resonate Strong content planning, scheduling, and community management skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence and educate at all levels of the business Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to interpret results and optimise accordingly Organised, self-sufficient, and comfortable working at pace with multiple stakeholders * Strong understanding of key KPIs (engagement, conversion, reach, CPM, CTR, etc.) and how to use them to measure success
