Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
+ Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
+ Implement precise audience targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
+ Continuously monitor performance and make optimisation adjustments.
+ Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, and placement strategies.
Compliance & Best Practice
+ Ensure all campaigns comply with pharmaceutical advertising guidelines and platform regulations.
+ Liaise with the Senior Campaign Manager and compliance teams to secure necessary approvals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
+ Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
+ Flag opportunities, risks, and emerging trends to the Senior Campaign Manager.
+ Translate campaign data into practical recommendations for content and targeting.
Collaboration & Support
+ Report directly to the
Senior Campaign Manager
, providing executional support across wider strategy.
+ Work closely with creative/content teams to align placements with approved assets.
+ Support testing and optimisation of campaigns to feed into broader strategic learnings.
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
, ideally within regulated or high-profile industries.
Strong skills in
placement optimisation, audience targeting, and budget management
.
Solid understanding of compliance requirements within healthcare/pharma advertising (desirable).
Confident in
performance analytics
