About the Role



We are seeking an in-house Web and Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence across all platforms. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing our online strategy -- from managing and updating the company website to creating engaging, high-quality social media content. You'll be responsible for ensuring our brand looks professional, consistent, and vibrant across every digital channel.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage social media and web strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is up to date, accurate, and visually engaging. Upload new photos, videos, blog posts, and product or service updates to the website regularly. Optimise website content for SEO and ensure smooth functionality across devices. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online platforms. Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of social media platforms, web management tools, and analytics. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Wix, or Shopify. Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging digital content. Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and website optimisation. Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience



Proven experience in managing social media accounts and websites for brands or businesses. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising is essential. Experience with photography, videography, and media uploads for web and social platforms. Experience coordinating a team during filming or content shoots is desirable. Knowledge of drone media creation is an advantage but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
