About the role:





This is an exciting opportunity to join TTS Group as our Social Media Manager, drawing on your previous strategic and creative experience.

Working as part of the wider brand team, you will be responsible for growing brand awareness, advocacy, sentiment and engagement across all social media channels, with a view to becoming global market leaders in the Education Resources industry for both Early Years and Schools markets.


Your strategic direction for overall campaign activity will be driven by the Global Campaign Plan for the business; and with support from the Senior Brand Manager, you will be expected to advise and consult on this.


With excellent data analysis skills to track success, you'll continually monitor results and make recommendations for improvements to the strategy.

With support, develop a global social media strategy to support the Global marketing and digital strategies for TTS, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and intent. You will be expected to benchmark performance against key competitors and ensure that TTS continues to grow its social media reach exponentially, ultimately driving enhanced brand awareness that increases revenue and profit for the business. Work directly with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure all campaigns are promoted effectively across all relevant social media channels and regularly meet / exceed campaign KPIs Work closely with the digital acquisition managers to ensure that the Paid Social strategy dovetails the organic strategy whilst delivering against the KPI's Create inspiring and on-brand content for all social media channels, including multimedia content Ensure content optimises trends and aligns to social algorithms, which prioritises content for our target audience Undertake budget management to ensure budgets are deployed most effectively in various periods throughout the year to maximise results Perform regular campaign reviews to analyse performance and make appropriate amendments to improve performance. Research new potential social media channels and present these as opportunities, along with estimated ROI Based on insights and research, develop new ideas for social media growth (ie: building online communities) Manage the relationship with the customer service team and oversee communications to identify potential issues and opportunities. Work with influencers to increase the business' reach and engagement of our content, brands and products.

Experience within a relevant / related role, preferably within B2B Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms, associated tools, trends and best in class approaches Very comprehensive understanding of paid social media, best practices, and what good looks like Well-versed in social media management, KPIs and reporting tools Proven experience of social media channel growth and successful community engagement Excellent knowledge of social media specs, formats and regulations Demonstrated experience of working with influencers within a formal capacity Demonstrated creative skills and a willingness to challenge creative execution to drive improvements Ensuring that brand TOV is implemented with consistency across all channels Ability to handle multiple workstreams at pace, often reacting to changes at short notice Proven experience collaborating with numerous stakeholders with the confidence to influence and educate Ability to leverage data to maximise business opportunities Outgoing and articulate, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with full autonomy
