Job Description

Social Media Manager

Liverpool / Hybrid | Full-time | TBC (dependent on experience)

We're Passion - a creative growth agency for ambitious brands.

From high-end video production to strategic marketing, we help businesses move with purpose. Visually, verbally, and with real results. Now we're on the lookout for a Social Media Manager with creative flair, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail to join our growing team.

The Role:

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social. As our Social Media Manager, you'll take the lead on planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple client accounts, with a sharp eye on performance and brand alignment. You'll work closely with our internal teams (design, video, paid ads) to help shape campaigns, plan content briefs, and ensure everything that goes out is on-brand, engaging, and polished.

This is more than just posting pretty pictures. You'll be responsible for making sure our clients are seen and remembered in all the right ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Strategy - Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, tailored to each brand's goals and audience. Briefing & Coordination - Help shape content briefs that align with wider marketing goals, working with videographers, editors and designers to bring ideas to life. Client Management - Be a friendly, strategic point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and involved while maintaining professional boundaries and timelines. Scheduling & Reporting - Use Metricool to schedule posts, monitor performance and pull insights that shape future strategy. Creative Direction & Proofing - Ensure every piece of content is visually on-brand, grammatically sharp, and reflects the client's tone of voice. Trendspotting - Keep up with platform updates, algorithm shifts and creative trends to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
What You'll Need:

2-3 years' experience in a similar social media or content role (agency experience a bonus) Strong understanding of organic social strategy and how it links to paid, SEO and wider marketing goals Confident using Metricool (or similar tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) A good design eye - not a graphic designer, but you know when a post looks right (and when it doesn't) Experience proofreading and editing content with excellent attention to detail Able to brief in and collaborate with creative teams (video, photo, design) clearly and efficiently Comfortable working directly with clients - clear communication and a calm approach under pressure Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple brands at once
Bonus Points For:

Experience using Figma, Adobe Express or similar tools to make quick social assets A background or passion in health, wellness, or lifestyle content Understanding of TikTok best practices and how to brief for short-form video content Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools
Why Passion?

35-hour working week Flexible working (hybrid options available) Work on exciting brands across fitness, fashion, wellness and more Be part of a fast-growing creative team with big ambitions Regular socials, team away days, and personal development opportunities
