MailBakes is seeking a dedicated and creative Organic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. This role focuses on

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a monthly content strategy and calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Specify the type of content for each post (e.g., feed posts, stories, reels, UGC).
Ensure content is aligned with platform-specific frequencies and brand messaging.
Coordinate with the UGC strategist to plan, script, and organise UGC videos in advance.
Balance content
to ensure 80% value-driven (educational, entertaining, community-focused) and 20% promotional (product features, offers, calls-to-action).

Feed Posts:
3 posts per day (Text posts, images, videos, links)
Stories:
5 stories per day (Behind-the-scenes, polls, updates)
Instagram:
Feed Posts:
3 posts per day (Photos, carousels, promotional content)
Reels:
5 per week (Short-form videos with trends or challenges)
Stories:
5 stories per day (Daily updates, behind-the-scenes, polls)
TikTok:
Videos:
3 posts per day (Short-form, entertaining videos, challenges, memes)
Behind-the-Scenes:
1 per week (Day-to-day activities or process sharing)
Tutorials/How-Tos:
2 per week (Quick tips, hacks, or value-driven content)
Duets/Reactions:
2 per week (Engage with trending content or influencer collaborations)
Pinterest:
Pins:
5 pins per day (High-quality, vertical images of products, blog posts, services)
Idea Pins:
3 per week (Multi-slide, short videos or step-by-step guides)
Video Pins:
3 per week (Engaging short videos showcasing products or services)
Repins:
1 per day (Share relevant content from other brands)
Content Creation & Brand Management:
Design and edit visuals for posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Oversee the daily content creation process to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Continuously optimise social profiles, bios, highlight covers, and visual identity.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to grow the community.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain engagement.
Encourage UGC by prompting followers to share their experiences.
Track and amplify UGC to sustain high engagement.
Participate in relevant conversations to increase brand visibility.
Weekly Reporting & Analytics:
Provide weekly performance reports and insights, offering key recommendations for growth.
Use analytics to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
Strong background in content creation, strategy development, and community engagement.
Ability to design visuals and work within brand guidelines.
Knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Experience working with influencers and managing collaborations.
