Job Overview: Tiny Tots is seeking a creative and dedicated Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and enhancing brand visibility. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Tiny Tots\' goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Identify opportunities for growth, audience expansion, and innovative approaches to social media presence. Content Creation:Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written posts, to be shared daily across Facebook and Twitter.
Ensure content reflects the brand\'s tone, values, and engages the target audience effectively. Community Engagement:Foster meaningful interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in line with the brand\'s voice.
Develop strategies to encourage user-generated content and active participation within the community. Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
Utilize insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement metrics. Stay Updated:Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, incorporating relevant updates into the social media strategy. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (X years) working as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Twitter, and proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive engagement and brand visibility.
