We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of public relations and social media management, along with the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise content.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Manage online community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and public relations.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
