Purpose: This hybrid role is responsible for building brand awareness, community, and cultural resonance for edyn through a modern, integrated approach to social media and public relations. As both strategist and executor, the Social Media Manager will oversee social channel growth, influencer engagement, earned media coverage, and community-led activations, all while ensuring consistency of tone and brand expression across touchpoints. This role demands an appetite for breaking traditional rules, aligning social media to the overall PR strategy in bold, unconventional ways, and staying deeply in tune with zeitgeist, trends, and cultural moments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develp and execute social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
Lead cntent planning, scheduling and publishing, in collaboration with internal teams and content creators.
Engage daily with fllowers, fans, and local communities to foster brand advocacy.
Mnitor and report on performance metrics and community sentiment.
Push creative bundaries to break out of traditional content patterns and formats.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Surce, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator collaborations.
Oversee briefing, cntracts, content approvals and performance evaluation.
Ensure brand alignment and authenticity in all partnerships.
Brand & Campaign Integration
Partner with the Senir Marketing and PR Manager on campaign execution, hotel openings, and event promotion.
Amplify brand partnerships and n-property activations across social and earned media.
Maintain a cntent calendar aligned with brand moments and commercial objectives.
Team Collaboration
Wrk closely with the Copy and PR Executive, providing oversight and direction on social media deliverables.
Cllaborate cross-functionally with Design, E-Commerce, and Operations to align messaging and guest journey.

Experience
4+ years in scial media roles.
Demnstrated success in securing earned media and growing engaged digital communities.
