Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships through active participation on social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

Proven experience in public relations or social media management. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
