Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management to effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

Duties



Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company's goals. Create engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text, images, and videos. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Foster relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, public relations, and digital marketing. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, maintaining a positive online presence.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management and public relations. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrated. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 11.00-12.45 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
