About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to oversee social media for Patricia Bright and her companies, including . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding Patricia's content creation, while also producing and managing content for UWA's social channels. You should be confident in front of the camera and willing to act as a brand ambassador, including hosting TikTok Lives and showcasing products.You'll lead content planning, creation, and community engagement across platforms, ensuring all content aligns with Patricia's personal brand and UWA's brand voice. You'll also support influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC), with an emphasis on driving audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy: Plan, produce, and edit content for Patricia's and UWA's social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate closely with Patricia Bright to direct, shoot, edit, and upload content across her social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Take ownership of UWA's social media content creation, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice, aesthetics, and values. Generate fresh, on-trend content ideas that resonate with Gen Z audiences, particularly around fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Create short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks) and ensure consistent posting to build engagement and growth. Content Direction: Guide Patricia on social media trends, shooting content, and optimising performance. On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear on UWA's social media to demonstrate products and host live events. Confidently feature in front of the camera as an ambassador for UWA, including live TikTok product demonstrations and potential hosting duties. Showcase UWA products authentically, helping to create an emotional connection with the audience. Community Management: Oversee comments, DMs, and audience engagement across platforms, maintaining brand voice and managing feedback. Influencer Partnerships: Manage UGC content and help source influencer collaborations that align with the brand's goals. Performance Monitoring: Analyse content performance and optimise strategies based on key insights and trends. Monitor UGC and influencer content, supporting potential partnerships with influencers to expand brand reach. Track audience sentiment, feedback, and trends, using insights to adapt content and community strategies. Content Calendar: Create and maintain a detailed content calendar for all platforms. Brand Growth: Contribute to audience growth and engagement strategies, continuously finding new ways to innovate and elevate the brand's digital presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation (minimum 2-3 years). Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InShot). Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong public relations skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
