Job Overview

We are looking for a

creative Social Media Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible not only for planning and managing our social media strategy, but also for actively creating content -- including filming short videos, taking photos, and designing engaging posts.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, is fluent in Romanian and Russian (Ukrainian is a plus), and has a passion for storytelling through digital platforms. You should be comfortable working independently, bringing your own ideas to the table, and turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with the company's services and goals Create engaging content, including

short-form video (Reels, TikToks)

and

photo shoots

Write compelling captions and messaging tailored to each platform Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas and formats Use tools like

Canva

to design branded visual assets Track and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategy based on data Collaborate with the internal team to support ongoing campaigns and promotions

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a related field Fluency in Romanian and Russian is required Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation Confident in using a smartphone or camera to shoot content Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
