About The Role
CUPRASEAT are recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team on a full time fixed term contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave until October 2026.
Reporting into the Brand & Performance Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Promoting and strengthening the Brand image, reputation and performance using social media platforms.
• Leading the Brands' social media presence, through developing a strategy, producing content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the PR & Communications team to oversee the social media channels facing directly to the media as well as the consumer led platforms.
• Content creation at Brand Partnership and activations.
• Management of paid influencer strategy and output.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

• Background in social media with a good understanding of social media KPIs and tools.
• A proven track record in managing digital & performance marketing channels.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced data driven marketing environment.
• Previous creative and media strategy development with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident approach to agency, stakeholder and budget management, with an emphasis on building strong and effective relationships.
