Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Full time office based - NO WORK FROM HOME Applicants.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Effectively manage brand ambassadors and define clear goals Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and newsworthy content through social media channels. Any other roles that the job requires.

Skills

2+ years proven experience in social media management and content creation is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is a plus. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
