creative, trend-savvy, and highly independent Social Media Manager & Content Creator
to help us elevate our digital presence and engage with our expanding community of fashion-forward clients.
The Role:
This is a
hands-on role
in a small-to-medium-sized team where your ideas, creativity, and initiative will make a real impact. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms, creating high-quality content, and keeping our brand aligned with current fashion trends and the vintage community.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Create and edit high-quality visual content (photo, video, reels, TikToks, stories, etc.) that showcases our wholesale stock and vintage collections
Develop creative campaigns to highlight product drops, behind-the-scenes moments, styling inspiration, and sustainability stories
Write engaging, on-brand captions that connect with resellers, vintage lovers, and retailers
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Plan and maintain a content calendar in line with stock drops, events, and seasonal demand
Monitor trends and viral content, and adapt our strategy accordingly
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and help foster a loyal, active community
Strategy & Growth
Track social media performance and use analytics to inform future content
Test different formats and posting strategies to grow reach and engagement
Collaborate with our team on marketing campaigns, email content, and visual branding
What We're Looking For:
Experience
in social media management and content creation, ideally within the fashion, vintage, or wholesale space
Strong understanding of current fashion and digital trends, particularly how they relate to vintage styles
A good eye for styling and photographing vintage pieces for digital platforms
Ability to
work independently
and manage time across multiple projects
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Later, etc.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with attention to detail
A genuine interest in sustainable fashion and the second-hand clothing industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
