Duties



Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond promptly to foster community engagement. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise future content accordingly. Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or issues professionally and efficiently. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management, digital marketing, and public relations to ensure innovative approaches are utilised.

Qualifications



Graduate in journalism/media/related subject. Excellent written communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools. Ability to analyse data to measure campaign success and inform strategy adjustments. Keen interest in current affairs. Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Prior experience working within a team environment is desirable but not essential.
