Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content reach and audience interaction
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and fostering positive community interactions
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media tools, algorithms, and best practices
Organise promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
Skills
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of public relations principles and digital communication strategies
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to inform strategy optimisation
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Proficiency in graphic design or video editing software is desirable but not essential
